The MeranCard is available free of charge at Hotel Kiendl for stays from October 15th to June 30th of each year.
Public transport, museums, cable cars, sports and leisure facilities in Merano and the surrounding area offer MeranCard holders exclusive offers for holidays in the Merano region. And many good reasons to discover the various villages in the Merano area.
You will receive the MeranCard on arrival. The card is included in the price of the room and is valid during the whole stay.
What is the MeranCard?
The MeranCard includes a number of services:
The MeranCard is not available for purchase. The MeranCard is handed out by selected partner companies in Merano and Environs from just one overnight stay and is included in the room price.
The MeranCard can be obtained from 15 October to 30 June at selected partner companies. The card is valid for the whole period of your vacation. Should you stay for longer than one week, you are entitled to another benefits card. The card must be validated each time you use public transportation or visit a museum. To be able to benefit from the discounts provided by the MeranCard, you must show the card.
All guests of selected partner companies in Merano and Environs get a card of their own. Children between the ages of 6 and 14 get a junior card. Children under 6 years of age do not require a MeranCard. The card is personalized and cannot be transferred.

Use 16 different cable cars and chairlifts on 4 of 6 days. The Merano Region cable car ticket is available at all ticket offices of the participating lifts.

The FuniCard is valid for 6 days from the date of its first validation. In this period, the holder can use the card on 4 days of his/her choice for one ascent and descent with each facility per day. Please check the opening hours of the cableway facilities.

The Schenna Card acts like a ticket for the cable-car facilities and is valid for 7 consecutive days.

With the bikemobil Card you receive a ticket for the public transport system and a full-day bicycle rental. It is not allowed to carry the bike on public means of transport. Prices on request.
