• Best price guarantee: we guarantee the best price for direct bookings via our online booking website. Our room prices are flexible and depend on current room availability and demand, subject to typesetting, online processing and printing errors.
• Prices are per person and night (breakfast and dinner), plus tourist tax of EUR 3.30 per person and night, including the South Tyrol Guest Pass.
• Single travellers: take advantage of our special offers for single travellers. You will receive a double room for single use at a discounted price.
• Check-in: your room will be available starting from 2 p.m. onwards. We ask you to check in with a valid ID card or passport for all guests staying at our hotel. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance. In case of arrival after 18:00 please inform us.
• Check-out: we kindly ask you to check out of your room by 10.30 a.m.
• The room layouts are schematic, minor structural variations are possible.
• Services which have not been consumed (e.g. breakfast, dinner) will not be reimbursed.
• Please bring your own bathing slippers from home; for sustainability reasons we are committed to reducing the use of disposable products.
• Room reservations: we can guarantee the room category that you have booked; however, we cannot secure the desired room number or floor.
• Our spacious dining area offers plenty of space and is designed in various areas: traditional ‘Stuben’, a classic dining room and a nature-dining-room, with large sliding glass panels, which can be opened or closed as desired to ensure an ideal temperature. A table is reserved for breakfast and dinner. We appreciate appropriate clothing, thank you very much!
  Your table will be assigned according to the room category you have booked.

We are happy to accept a limited number of clean, well-groomed and quiet dogs.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the following areas:

• pool area and sunbathing lawn (indoor & outdoor)
• garden terrace and bar-area during breakfast and dinner time

You are welcome to bring your dog to the "Castanea" dining room (air-conditioned) for breakfast and dinner: leash is compulsory in all hotel areas. Please bring your own dog blanket as well as all important things for your four-legged friend and food from home. Please let us know the breed, age and weight of your four-legged friend before booking, thank you!

Reservations and deposit

• Reservations are binding: after a written reservation with an indication of your address, after a  written confirmation on our behalf and after we received the deposit payment for the indicated amount and by the indicated deadline. The details of the deposit payment can be found in the booking confirmation-email (menu item ‘Deposit and travel insurance’).
• Payment of the hotel bill on site:
  
  • by debit card, VISA, Mastercard;
  • cash within the Italian cash limit (we accept banknotes up to EUR 100);
  • we do not accept business, miles&more or airline cards or similar, American Express or Diners, Paypal, klarna or other payment providers.
• Payment of hotel bill in advance by bank transfer.

Please be informed that we do not invoice to countries extra EU.

Culinary and restaurant

• Our evening restaurant is closed on Tuesdays (credit in the amount of € 20 per adult, € 10 per child up to 17 years with 2 full-paying adults per room; for special offer weeks such as "1 vacation day for free", the credit will not be applied). Enjoy our breakfast in the morning and the culinary variety of the region of Merano on Tuesday evenings. Exception: In the period between the 26th of December and 12th of January the restaurant has no day off.
• Food intolerances: Please understand that we cannot satisfy requirements for celiac disease, gluten intolerance, histamine intolerance or other allergies or intolerances in the evening menu. Bookings with breakfast are possible.
• For bookings with bed and breakfast: a half-board evening menu can be booked, subject to availability, for an additional charge of € 59 - € 89 per person per evening.

Legal information

• Liability for damage caused during the use of the hotel's indoor and outdoor facilities, the restaurant, during excursions and other events at the hotel falls within the scope of the existing liability insurance and the relevant service catalogue. The place of jurisdiction is Italy.
• Subject to changes, typing, printing and online exchanging errors. The online price list replaces all other price information (print or other price sources). VAT adjustments are possible without prior notice.
• The place of jurisdiction for legal disputes of all kinds is expressly Milan, Italy. The applicable legislation is Italian civil and criminal law, the legal language is Italian.
• Vouchers are available from a minimum amount of EUR 250. All vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against services other than hotel bookings.
